3Account Management

Each individual may hold only one account on SuperBajji. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact SuperBajji support immediately.

• Transferring your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
• Keep the mobile number and email address linked to your account up to date at all times.
• Required documents for KYC verification must be submitted.
• Inactive accounts (no transactions for over 12 months) may be subject to a maintenance fee.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Reload Bonus: Up to 20% on your first deposit each week. Wagering: 10x.
• Cashback: Up to 5% on your weekly net losses. No wagering required on cashback.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method will result in all bonuses being cancelled.

6Betting Policy & Rules

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, except where an event is called off.
• If an event is cancelled, the full bet amount will be refunded.

• Accounts showing unusual betting patterns may be placed under review.
• Winnings obtained through match-fixing or misuse of insider information will be considered void.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on SuperBajji and may result in permanent account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to manipulate the bonus system.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated systems.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Filing fraudulent chargeback claims against SuperBajji.

8Account Closure & Suspension Policy

SuperBajji reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of the terms and conditions.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Providing false information or committing identity fraud.
• Evidence of prohibited activity.
• Attempting to access your account while a self-exclusion request is active.

Users may close their account at any time. In that case, the available balance minus any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
